Cancellation and Refund Policy

At KidzCruise, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to make the cancellation and refund process simple and transparent for our customers.

๐Ÿ”ธ Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Send us a cancellation request via email at kidzcruiz@gmail.com with your Order ID. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

๐Ÿ”ธ Refund Process:
If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, if applicable.

๐Ÿ”ธ Conditions for Refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • No refund for digital products, custom orders, or clearance items.

๐Ÿ”ธ Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment service provider. If the issue persists, contact us at kidzcruiz@gmail.com.
