At KidzCruise, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to make the cancellation and refund process simple and transparent for our customers.
๐ธ Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Send us a cancellation request via email at kidzcruiz@gmail.com with your Order ID. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
๐ธ Refund Process:
If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, if applicable.
๐ธ Conditions for Refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- No refund for digital products, custom orders, or clearance items.
